Last updated 26 October 2026

This notice covers the personal data you give us through this website: the enquiry form and the form for booking a call.

Who we are

Paravelo Ltd is the controller of this data. Registered in England and Wales, company number [to be added]. Registered office [to be added]. Privacy contact: [to be added].

What we collect

  • Through the enquiry form: your name, work email, company, company location, travellers per month, your request (a call, a due-diligence pack or both) and any details you add.
  • Through the booking form: your name, work email, company, number of travellers, any note, and the time you choose for the call.
  • To stop automated spam, a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, used only to limit repeated submissions.

We do not ask for passport, ID or card numbers. We count visits with cookieless analytics that do not identify you; see the cookie notice.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask for it, send our due-diligence pack.
  • To arrange the call you book: the calendar invitation, video link, reminders, and the links to reschedule or cancel.

We rely on our legitimate interest in answering businesses that contact us, and on the steps you ask us to take before any contract. We do not use your details for marketing lists and do not sell or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Where it is stored

Your details are stored in the UK, in our database in London. When you book a call, your name and email are also added as a guest on the calendar event, which Google holds. Transfers outside the UK and their safeguards: [to be added].

How long we keep it

Enquiries and bookings from people who do not become clients are deleted 24 months after they are made. If you become a client, your details are kept under your client agreement.
